Focus Group Facilitation

Often, the best way to get feedback from staff and customers alike is to get them in a room to discuss their experiences.  Whilst the bouncing around of ideas in these sessions can provide an organisation with insightful and interesting feedback, it is critical to have a strong and experienced facilitator to steer the session.  Whilst we generally suggest that clients do not attend the sessions, we can arrange for these sessions to be held in viewing facilities or can record the session for viewing after.
