Online Surveys
For organisations with widely distributed groups of customers, an online survey can often be the best way to collect data from a good cross section of them. Viewpoint uses a number of software platforms to deliver online surveys for our customers.
The benefits of online surveys include:
- Quick deployment time – Once a survey is signed off it can be deployed that day
- Detailed distribution plan – Surveys can be deployed to either a predefined list of respondents or, if preferred as a link in an email to a larger, more general group
- Managed reminders – By tracking who has responded and when and can send a reminder to those who haven’t completed the survey within an agreed timeframe
- Live results – Clients are given access to a webpage where they can track the results as they are collected. In addition to seeing trends in the data, it is also possible to view comments made by individual respondents (whilst not revealing their identity)
