Whilst some organisations require a full review of their entire customer service function, others only need a tweak.  For the latter, pulling them back on the track to excellent customer service might be a simple case of customer service training, deploying customer or staff surveys or understanding their competitors’ strengths (or indeed their own) through Mystery Shopping.
